Acceptance of Bets

A bet is accepted once it is confirmed by our game server and appears in your history. Bets cannot be cancelled or changed after confirmation, except where a game rule allows it.

Void Bets

We may void a bet and return the stake where one of the following occurs.

  • A clear technical or pricing error occurred
  • The bet breached these rules or our terms
  • We have evidence of cheating, collusion or use of prohibited software

Winnings arising from a void bet are cancelled.

Malfunctions

If a game, device or connection fails, the result recorded on our server stands. Interrupted rounds are normally completed when you return or settled according to the provider's rules. A malfunction voids all pays and plays on the affected round. We are not responsible for losses caused by your own internet connection or device.

Bonuses and Betting

While a bonus is active, the maximum bet is A$7.50 per spin or hand. Wagering is 40x on the bonus and 40x on free spin winnings, within 14 days.
