Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Dama N.V., the operator of Clubhouse Casino, licensed in Curaçao under No. 8048/JAZ2020-13 through Antillephone N.V. They apply to your use of clubhoussecasino.com and all related services, including our Android APK and home screen web app. By registering or playing you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them, along with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Betting Rules.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age in your jurisdiction if higher, and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for checking that online gambling is lawful where you live, including in your Australian state or territory. We are licensed in Curaçao and are not regulated by an Australian authority. We may refuse service to residents of restricted countries.

Your Account

Each person may hold one account only. Provide accurate details, keep your password secret and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.

  • Accounts are personal and cannot be transferred or sold
  • You are responsible for all activity under your login
  • We may suspend an account where details are false or incomplete
  • Dormant accounts may be closed after a long period of inactivity

We may ask you to confirm your identity again before account changes such as new payment methods, email updates or limit increases.

Verification and Compliance

We must verify your identity before the first withdrawal and may ask for further documents at any time. This includes photo ID, proof of address and proof of ownership of your payment method. We apply anti-money-laundering and fraud prevention rules, and may freeze funds if documents are not supplied or if we suspect unlawful activity.

Deposits

Deposits start at A$20, or A$30 to qualify for a bonus, and must come from payment methods in your own name. Supported options include cards, PayID, bank transfer, vouchers, e-wallets and cryptocurrencies. We charge no deposit fees, but your provider may. Account currencies are AUD, NZD, CAD, EUR and USD, plus crypto.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is A$30, and standard limits are A$7,500 per week and A$20,000 per month, with higher limits for VIP members. E-wallets and crypto take 0-24 hours, cards 1-3 business days and bank transfers 3-5 business days after approval. Payouts are made to the method used to deposit where possible. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses are subject to specific terms. For the welcome package and standard offers, wagering is 40x on bonus funds and 40x on free spin winnings, the maximum bet is A$7.50 and the validity is 14 days. Only one active bonus is allowed at a time. We may remove bonuses and winnings from accounts that breach these terms. Read more on the bonus page.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not do any of the following.

  • Open multiple accounts or share an account
  • Use bots, scripts or software to gain an advantage
  • Collude with other players or exploit errors
  • Use stolen cards or others' payment accounts
  • Launder money or deposit without playing
  • Abuse bonuses, including opposing bets

Breach may lead to account closure and forfeiture of winnings.

Responsible Gambling

We provide limits, time-outs and self-exclusion, and expect you to use them where needed. Please read our responsible gaming policy. We may restrict an account to protect a player from harm.

Liability and Malfunctions

We provide our services as available and are not liable for losses from your device, connection or third-party services. A malfunction voids affected plays and pays. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount in your account, to the extent the law allows.

Intellectual Property and Complaints

All content on our site belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission. If you have a complaint, contact live chat or support@clubhousecasino.com. We will investigate and reply promptly, and unresolved issues may be escalated to our compliance team.

Our name, logos and software are protected, and you receive only a personal, non-transferable licence to use the site for lawful gaming.

Changes and Governing Law
